“A Live One” — Freeman 29

“A Live One” is a Freeman 29 power catamaran by Freeman Boatworks. It’s an amazingly comfortable ride, with Freeman’s unique approach to hull design and details that make it a superb fishing machine both inshore and offshore.

At 29 feet long with a 10 foot beam, there is a lot of space. We can handle a group of 6 guests on “A Live One” for most trips.

 

Yellowfin 17 Skiff

The Yellowfin 17 Skiff is a high end technical poling skiff, and the “perfect” boat for a solo or pair of anglers seeking the ultimate inshore guides fishing charter in Hilton Head.

The 17 Skiff combines the benefits of super shallow water access (6″ loaded draft!) with unmatched poling stability and the best ride we’ve found in a skiff this size. This boat can fish shallow water for tailing reds and run comfortably into the sound or near shore range for bull reds, tarpon and jacks.

At 17’4″ long with an 80″ beam, she’s perfect for 1 or 2 adult guests on board plus the captain. 1 adult + 2 young anglers will work, too.

Equipped with a Power-Pole for quick shallow water anchoring, and we sometimes run her with a GPS-enabled trolling motor depending on our fishing approach and intent. A Yeti Cooler will be on board to keep your drinks ice cold on a hot day.
